How many photos do we get?

This depends from which one of packages you will choose, or which promo you are in to.

How do we get our photos?

You will get an invitation by email to download pictures from Google disk

Do you retouch photos?

For Bronze set I am doing basic and a p retouch: light, color grading.
minor adjustments.
For Silver and Gold Sets I am doing basic and a deep retouch: light, color grading.
minor and major adjustments, fixing or removing hair, some wrinkles on the clothes, body modifiers could be added (changing curves, neck, hands, hair) changing or replacing part of the clothes, removing hair from neck, forehead considered to be needed by photographer.
Gold includes same features as Silver. Some discussed adjustments could be added if photographer will find it reasonable.

Whats your turn around time?

It depends on your choice of package and additional options. Each package contains this information. Though, because of high demand this time could be longer.

How do we book you?

You can easily communicate with me by Facebook, Instagram or E:mail.
Photoshoot is considered booked only after I receive your signed contract and payment. If I won't receive it in time, your booked spot is considered canceled. You still will be able to book again, but it will be another date.

Do you have a plan for our photoshoot?

Yes, I always ask questions about what you wish and each photoshoot is planned

What should we wear?

Each photoshoot is unique. You will send me pictures of your clothes and I will help you with the choice. Please, follow my advices, which could guarantee better outcome.

When and how should we pay?

Not later than two calendar days before the photoshoot. At the moment of booking, after you signed the contract and received an invoice from us.
You can pay by E:transfer or Pay Pal.
In case of the events, booking should be done at least three week before, payment at the moment of booking, after the contract is signed and you received an invoice from us..

What will happen if we couldn't come at the booked day?

If you tell me in advance, no problem, we will reschedule to the closest opening. In case of no show up and you haven't warned me, amount paid by you won't be refunded and will be taken as a fee for my missed time. If you still want to do the same photoshoot you will need to pay full price again.

In case If I need to reschedule, we will set up your photoshoot for the closest opening date possible. Your payment is your guaranteed reservation for the photoshoot closest opening.

My kids weren't behaving, weather changed I would like to reshoot.

If something isn't as good as both our sides expected, and we started and performed photoshoot, and you want to reshoot, or you are not happy with outcome, paid price is not refundable. You will need to book another photoshoot for the full price of chosen set.
We are not responsible for change of mood of your kids or weather.
If we met in person and decided to reschedule because of any reasons, this will be free in case if it at my regular locations within 2 km of my area (Henteleff Park on St.Mary's Rd, or Dakota Park between Dakota and Sandrinton St.) Any other locations on Mondays only.
If I suddenly can't make it I will perform photoshoot at the closest opening date possible, you will get 20% off for the next photoshoot. (photocomposite style not included)

Why do I need to sign a contract?

I work with contract only. After you fill it, I will send you invoice. The contract clarifies what to expect from the photoshoot, terms of payment, editing, ordering additional services. How to handle sudden changes.

When I will receive your payment I will send you receipt, confirming that your spot is fully paid.

Do you have a travel fee?

Yes, if the photoshoot is not within Winnipeg's Perimeter. Contact us to discuss detailes

Are you shooting in Winnipeg only?

Tuesday to Sunday we are shooting at Henteleff Park, or Dakota Park. We are working at other locations on Mondays only. Events are exclusion from this.

Are you giving print format files along with web format?

Not anymore. You will receive web format digital pictures for downloading. However, images in the gallery with your finished pictures will have them in print format, so you will be able to order prints right away. This process is automatic and is going through this website. Shipping fee will be applied as pictures are printed in US and will be delivered to address which you will type in web form of the order.

Are you making outdoors winter sessions??

We are doing outdoors session till the temperature is higher then 0 degree by Celsius. However we have a special package where we propose winterization of pictures taken at fall photoshoots.
